Prioritizing New Leads in Your Campaigns
Prioritizing New Leads in Your Campaigns
Updated over a week ago

Hey there!

Let's chat about how you can make sure your emails reach new potential clients before sending follow-up messages to others. It's like saying "hi" to new friends first before catching up with old ones.

Why Focus on New Contacts First?

When you send emails to new people right away, you're grabbing their attention while they're most interested. This can lead to more positive responses and help your business grow faster.

How to Set This Up in Stamina

Stamina makes it simple to prioritize new contacts. Here's how you can do it:

  1. Open Your Campaign Settings: Go to the campaign you're working on and click on the settings option.

  2. Find Advanced Options: Scroll down until you see 'Show advanced options' and click on it.

  3. Set Daily New Contact Limit: Look for the 'Max new leads' section. Here, you can decide how many new people you want to email each day. For example, if you set it to 50, Stamina will send emails to 50 new contacts daily before moving on to follow-ups.

  4. Save Your Changes: Don't forget to click 'Save' to keep your settings.

A Quick Example

Imagine you have a list of 500 new contacts. By setting the 'Max new leads' to 50, Stamina will email 50 new people each day. This way, you consistently reach out to fresh contacts, increasing your chances of making new connections.

Need to Pause New Outreach?

If you ever want to stop sending emails to new contacts for a while, just go back to the 'Max new leads' section and type in "-1". This tells Stamina to hold off on reaching out to new people until you're ready to start again.

By following these steps, you can ensure that your outreach focuses on new potential clients first, helping your business grow more effectively. If you have any questions or need further assistance, feel free to ask!
