If you’re just getting started and need to update your lead details or change a lead’s status, don’t worry—it’s really simple. Let’s walk through it together.


How to Update Lead Info and Status

1. Log In and Open Your Leads List

Start by signing into your stamina.io dashboard. Once you’re in, click on the Leads tab. This is where you’ll see all your current leads.


2. Select the Lead You Want to Update

Scroll through your list and click on the lead you want to update. This will open a window showing all the details for that lead.


3. Edit the Lead Information

Look for the Edit button (it might look like a little pencil icon). Click it, and you can update the lead’s details such as:

  • Name

  • Email

  • Phone Number

  • Company Information
    Make sure to check that the details are correct!

4. Change the Lead Status

Next, find the drop-down menu for the lead’s status. This menu lets you change the lead’s current status to something that fits your sales process, like:

  • New

  • Contacted

  • Qualified

  • Converted


    Simply click the menu and choose the status that best describes where the lead is in your process.

5. Save Your Changes

After you’ve updated the information and selected the new status, click the Save button at the bottom of the page. This step is important so all your changes are stored correctly.


6. Double-Check Your Work

Take a quick look at the updated details to be sure everything looks good. If something isn’t right, feel free to click Edit again and make any further changes.
