Configuring Your Reply-To Email Address
Updated over a week ago

Hey there!

Let's chat about how you can set up a "reply-to" email address in Stamina. This feature lets you send emails from one address but receive replies at another. It's super handy if you want to manage responses in a specific inbox.

Why Use a Reply-To Address?

Imagine you're sending emails from [email protected], but you'd prefer to get all the replies in [email protected]. Setting a reply-to address makes this possible. So, when someone hits "reply" to your email, their response goes straight to [email protected].

How to Set It Up in Stamina

It's very simple to setup your reply-to address in Stamina:

  • Go to the email account settings within Stamina.

  • Find the section labeled 'Reply-To Address' or something similar.

  • Enter the email address where you want to receive replies.

  • Save your changes.

A Couple of Things to Keep in Mind:

  • Optional Feature: Setting a reply-to address isn't mandatory. If you're happy receiving replies in the same inbox you're sending from, you can skip this step.

  • Recipient Control: While setting a reply-to address directs replies to your chosen inbox, recipients can still manually change the "To" field when replying. So, there's no guarantee they'll always reply to the address you've specified.

By setting up a reply-to address, you can streamline your email communications and ensure responses land exactly where you want them. If you have any questions or need further assistance, feel free to reach out!
