Uploading Leads via CSV

Hey there!

Ready to add your list of potential clients to Stamina? It's super easy, and I'll guide you through it step by step.

1. Go to Your Campaign's Leads Section

First, open your campaign and head over to the "Leads" area. This is where all your contacts will live.

2. Click on 'Add Leads'

See the "Add Leads" button? Give that a click.

3. Choose 'Upload CSV'

A menu will pop up. From there, select "Upload CSV." This option lets you bring in a bunch of contacts at once.

4. Let Stamina Do the Work

Stamina will look at your file and try to match each column to the right spot. For example, if you have a column labeled "Email," it'll know that's where the email addresses are.

5. Double-Check Everything

It's a good idea to review the matches Stamina made. If something doesn't look right, you can use the drop-down menus to fix it.

Important Tips:

  • Email is Key: Make sure every contact has an email address. It's essential for adding them successfully.

  • Name Your Columns Clearly: Use clear names for your columns, starting with capital letters. This helps Stamina match them correctly.

  • Limit Custom Fields: Try to keep custom fields to 20 or fewer. Too many can cause issues.

  • Keep It Clean: Avoid extra empty columns in your file. They can confuse the system.

  • Combine Values with Underscores: If you need to put two pieces of information in one field, use an underscore "_" between them instead of a comma.

  • No Grouped Rows: Ensure each contact has its own row. Grouped rows can cause problems during the upload.
