Hey there!

Ready to add a bunch of new contacts to your Stamina account? Let's walk through the steps together—it's easier than you might think.

1. Open Your Campaign

First, log in to your Stamina account. Once you're in, find and open the campaign where you want to add your new contacts.

2. Go to the Leads Section

Inside your campaign, look for a tab or section labeled "Leads." Click on it to see your current list of contacts.

3. Click 'Add Leads'

In the Leads section, there's a button that says "Add Leads." Give that a click.

4. Choose 'Enter Emails Manually'

A menu will pop up with different options. Select "Enter Emails Manually" from the

list.

5. Paste Your Email List

Now, you'll see a big box where you can type. Simply copy the list of email addresses you have—make sure each email is on its own line—and paste them into this box.

​6. Import the Emails

Once your emails are pasted in, look for a button below the box that says "Import Emails" and click it.

And that's it! You've successfully added your new contacts to your campaign.
