Why Use Multiple Sending Times?

Imagine this: On Mondays, people are often swamped catching up from the weekend. Sending emails early might mean they get overlooked. By choosing different times on different days, you can increase the chances your emails get noticed.

How to Set Up Different Sending Times in Stamina:

  1. Add a New Schedule:

    • In your campaign settings, look for the option to add a schedule.

    • Click on "Add Schedule."

  2. Pick Days and Times:

    • Choose the days you want this schedule to apply.

    • Set the time frame for sending emails on those days.

  3. Save Your Schedule:

    • Once you're happy with your settings, click "Save."

  4. Add More Schedules if Needed:

    • Repeat these steps to create different schedules for other days or times.

  5. Review Your Schedules:

    • On the left side of your campaign settings, you'll see a list of your schedules. This helps you keep track of when your emails will go out.

A Quick Tip:

If you're reaching out to people in different time zones, it's a good idea to group them accordingly. Create separate campaigns for each time zone to ensure your emails arrive at the best times for everyone.
