Hey there!

Let's chat about how to space out your follow-up emails in Stamina's sales engagement platform. It's like planning a friendly conversation—you don't want to overwhelm your contacts, but you also don't want them to forget about you.

Setting the Interval Between Messages

When you're setting up your email sequence, you'll decide how many days to wait before sending the next message. For example, if you choose a 2-day gap, your second email will go out two days after the first one.

Consider Your Sending Schedule

Keep in mind, the days you pick for sending emails matter. Let's say you've set your schedule to send emails only on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays:

  • If your first email goes out on a Thursday and you've set a 2-day gap, the next email won't send on Saturday (since it's not in your schedule). Instead, it'll wait until the next available day, which is Tuesday.

Weekends and Non-Sending Days

The waiting period includes all days, even weekends or days you've marked as non-sending. So, in our example, even though two days from Thursday is Saturday, the platform waits until your next active day to send the follow-up.

Quick Tips:

  • Plan Your Schedule: Align your sending days with your audience's availability. If they're more likely to check emails during the week, set your schedule accordingly.

  • Set Appropriate Gaps: Think about how often you'd like to receive emails. Too frequent might be annoying; too sparse might lose their interest.

  • Monitor and Adjust: Keep an eye on your campaign's performance. If you notice better engagement on certain days, tweak your schedule to match.

By thoughtfully setting the intervals between your emails and considering your sending schedule, you'll keep your audience engaged without overwhelming them.

Happy emailing!
