Account and Campaign Sending Limits
Updated over a week ago

Hey there!

Let's chat about how you can manage the number of emails you send using Stamina. It's all about setting limits to keep your email campaigns running smoothly and effectively.

Understanding Email Sending Limits

In Stamina, you can control your email sending in two main ways:

  1. Per Account Limit: This is the maximum number of emails a single email account will send in a day.

  2. Per Campaign Limit: This is the total number of emails you want a specific campaign to send out each day.

Why Are These Limits Important?

Setting these limits helps ensure your emails reach their destinations without being marked as spam. It also keeps your audience engaged without overwhelming them.

How to Set Your Campaign's Daily Email Limit

To decide how many emails your campaign sends daily:

  1. Go to your campaign's settings.

  2. Look for the section labeled "Daily Campaign Limit."

  3. Enter the number of emails you'd like this campaign to send each day.

How to Set Your Account's Daily Email Limit

To control how many emails each of your accounts sends daily:

  1. Click on the email account you want to adjust.

  2. Navigate to the "Settings" section.

  3. Find the "Daily Account Limit" option.

  4. Enter the maximum number of emails this account should send per day.

A Quick Example

Imagine you have a campaign that you want to send 300 emails daily. You have 10 email accounts, and you prefer each account to send no more than 30 emails a day.

Here's how you'd set it up:

  • Campaign Daily Limit: Set to 300 emails.

  • Account Daily Limit: Set each account to 30 emails.

This way, your campaign can send out the desired 300 emails, distributed evenly across your 10 accounts.

Remember

The account limits act as a safeguard. Even if your campaign is set to send a large number of emails, each account will only send up to its specified limit, ensuring everything runs smoothly.

By setting these limits thoughtfully, you'll keep your email campaigns effective and your audience happy. Happy emailing!
