Adding More Accounts for Inbox Rotation
Adding More Accounts for Inbox Rotation
Updated over a week ago

Hey there!

Ready to make your email campaigns even more effective with Stamina? Let's chat about how adding more sending accounts can boost your outreach and keep your messages landing in inboxes, not spam folders.

Why Add More Sending Accounts?

Think of it this way: If you send all your emails from one account, it might raise some red flags with email providers. But by using multiple accounts, you spread out your emails, making them look more natural and trustworthy. This means your messages are more likely to be seen by the right people.

How to Add More Sending Accounts in Stamina

It's super simple. Just follow these steps:

  1. Open Your Campaign: Log in to Stamina and go to the campaign you want to enhance.

  2. Access Campaign Settings: Click on the "Options" tab within your campaign.

  3. Select Sending Accounts: In the "Accounts to use" section, you'll see a dropdown menu. Here, you can pick the accounts you want to send emails from. You can even group them using tags to keep things organized.

  4. Save Your Choices: After selecting your accounts, make sure to save your settings.

Now, when your campaign sends out emails, Stamina will rotate between these accounts, giving your outreach a more genuine touch.

A Few Things to Keep in Mind

  • Email Sending Order: If you've set a gap of, say, 5 minutes between emails, Stamina will send one email from each account every 5 minutes.

  • Removing an Account: If you decide to take an account out of a campaign, Stamina will automatically use the remaining accounts to keep your campaign running smoothly.

  • Disconnected Accounts: If an account gets disconnected or removed from your Email Accounts dashboard, the campaign will pause until you either reconnect the account or remove it from the campaign settings.

By adding more sending accounts, you're not just expanding your reach—you're also making sure your emails get delivered more effectively. Happy emailing!
