Using Custom Tags for Your Accounts
Updated over a week ago

Hey there!

Let's chat about how you can use tags in Stamina to keep your email accounts organized and make your campaigns run smoother.

What's a Tag?

Think of a tag as a simple label you attach to your email accounts. It's like putting your socks in labeled drawers so you can find the right pair quickly. By tagging your accounts, you can group them in a way that makes sense to you, making it easier to manage and use them in your campaigns.

How to Add a Tag to an Email Account:

  1. Open Your Email Account Settings: Go to your Stamina dashboard and click on the email account you want to tag.

  2. Find the Tags Section: In the settings window that pops up, look for the section labeled "Tags."

  3. Create and Assign a Tag: Type in a new tag name that helps you identify this account (like "Newsletter" or "Client A") and hit save. You can add as many tags as you need.

Using Tags in Your Campaigns:

When you're setting up a campaign, you can choose which tagged groups of email accounts to use. This way, you can send emails from specific accounts without picking them one by one.

Removing a Tag from an Email Account:

  1. Access Account Settings: Click on the email account from your dashboard.

  2. Navigate to Tags: In the settings window, go to the "Tags" section.

  3. Remove the Tag: Click the "Γ—" next to the tag you want to remove.

Deleting a Tag Completely:

  1. Open an Email Account's Settings: Choose any email account and go to its settings.

  2. Go to the Tags Section: Scroll to find "Tags."

  3. Delete the Tag: In the dropdown menu, find the tag you want to delete and click the trash can icon next to it.

By using tags, you can keep your email accounts neatly organized, making it easier to manage your campaigns and reach your goals with Stamina.
