Confirming Cancellation of Your Plan

Hey there!

If you recently canceled your Stamina.io plan and want to make sure everything’s in order, don’t worry—we’ve got you covered. Here’s a simple guide to help you check that your plan is indeed canceled.


1. Check Your Email

After canceling, we send you an email confirmation. Look in your inbox (and your spam folder, just in case) for a message from Stamina.io. The email will say something like, “Your Stamina.io Plan Has Been Canceled.” If you see this, it means the cancellation went through.


2. Log Into Your Account

Next, sign in to your Stamina.io account. Once you’re logged in:

  • Go to the Billing Section: Find the part of your dashboard labeled “Billing” or “Subscription.”

  • Review Your Plan: If you see that there’s no active subscription or that your plan has ended, then your cancellation was successful.


3. Look for a “Canceled” Label

In your account settings, you might also see a note or a status that says “Canceled” next to your plan details. This is another clear sign that your subscription has been turned off.
