Total Opens: This counts every time any of your emails are opened. So, if one person opens the same email three times, it adds three to this number.
Unique Opens: This counts each person who opened your email at least once. Using the same example, even if they open it three times, it counts as one unique open.
Campaign-Level Insights
When you look at a specific campaign, you'll find more details:
Total Contacted: How many people received at least the first email in your series.
Open Rate: The percentage of people who opened any email in this campaign.
Click Rate: The percentage who clicked on any link in your emails.
Reply Rate: The percentage who replied to any of your emails.
Opportunities: This helps you track positive responses. You can even assign a dollar value to these to see how much revenue your campaign is generating.
