Sometimes you might need to hand over your Stamina.io account to someone else—maybe you’re moving roles or just sharing the responsibility. No worries! We’ve got a simple, step-by-step guide to help you do just that.


Before You Begin

  • Be Sure You’re Ready: Only the current account owner can make this change. Once you transfer ownership, you won’t be the main account holder anymore.

  • Double-Check Details: Make sure the person taking over is ready and has their own email handy.


Step-by-Step Guide

1. Log In to Your Account

Start by signing in to your Stamina.io dashboard with your usual login details.

2. Go to Your Settings

Once you’re in, look for your profile or account settings. This is usually in the top right corner or on a side menu. Click on it.

3. Find the Ownership Section

Scroll down until you see an option like “Account Ownership” or “Transfer Ownership.” (The wording might be a bit different, but it should be clear that this section is about changing who’s in charge.)

4. Enter the New Owner’s Information

In the ownership section, you’ll find a form asking for the new owner’s email address. Type it in carefully. If there’s any extra information requested (like a name or role), fill that in too.

5. Confirm the Transfer

Before you click the final button, take a moment to review the details. When you’re sure everything is correct, confirm the change. You might see a prompt asking if you’re really sure—just click Yes or Confirm.

6. Final Steps

Once you’ve confirmed, the new owner will get an email with further instructions to accept the change. After they follow the steps, they become the new main account holder.
